妈妈，我到家了 (Mummy, I’m home) peers into an unassuming relationship between a mother and a queer son while exploring the dynamics between the two individuals. This very relationship is reduced into its most organic and natural state, mirroring a baby’s cry for love from its mother. At its core, it reflects a fear of abandonment and uncertainty, tackling intimacy and vulnerability through revelations of one’s truest identiy.
妈妈，我到家了 (Mummy, I’m home) ultimately exists as a confession, a coming out and a call awaiting for an answer.
